PURPOSE
From a finished story to a private upload.
The publisher is being developed to send the owner’s finished videos and their titles, descriptions and language information to the owner’s YouTube channel. Its current version is limited to one authorised private technical test.
Story writing, illustrations, narration and review happen in EmirLiamApp. This publisher runs separately, with its own local interface, Google connection and upload records. The wider app contains other creation tools and a downloader; those features are not part of this publisher.

The test upload remains private. The current tool cannot publish stories publicly, delete remote videos or manage playlists.
